IPolish unveiled digital, app-controlled color-changing
press-on nails at CES 2026. The smart nails offer over 400 shades that change

advanced technology is driving personalization and innovation in the beauty
industry.
The device changes colour in seconds with just the tap of a
button have debuted at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas,
US.
iPolish’s technology sees the nails switch from one colour to another without the need for applying a physical product such as traditional polish or gel-polish.
The beauty tech start-up’s digital acrylics are applied in the same way as standard press-on nails, but incorporate electrophoretic nanopolymers that operate in a similar way to e-ink.The nails come with a ‘magic wand’ that connects to the
iPolish app on iPhone or Android devices via Bluetooth, where wearers can choose
from more than 300 colours.
A wave of the wand over each nail – which is battery-free
and waterproof – then updates to the chosen shade.
