Blackberry Passport returns with 5G Support and Style

 

The Blackberry Passport returns with 5G support tot he mobile market. The Chinese company Zinwa Technologies plans to refresh classic models—including the Passport—with updated hardware and software. 

Reportedly, the Chinese company named the device P26 to launch in August 2025.

These new look are confirmed to include modern features while preserving the physical keyboard for loyal BlackBerry users.

Display: A unique 4.5-inch square screen with a 1:1 aspect ratio, 1440x1440 resolution, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. 

Keyboard: A physical QWERTY keyboard with touch sensitivity, allowing for scrolling, flick-typing, and cursor control. 

Processor: Snapdragon 801 quad-core 2.2 GHz processor. 

RAM: 3GB of RAM. 

Storage: 32GB of internal storage, with microSDXC card support up to 128GB. 

Battery: A large 3450 mAh battery offering impressive battery life. 

Cameras: A 13MP rear camera with optical image stabilization and a 2MP front-facing camera. 

Connectivity: Bluetooth 4.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC, and SlimPort for video output.

Includes features like BlackBerry Assistant for voice commands, BlackBerry Blend for connecting to other devices, and access to both BlackBerry World and the Amazon Appstore.

The square screen and touch keyboard are designed to make tasks like reading, writing emails, and browsing the web more efficient.
